Capital Square was reimagined as The Maeve—a new benchmark for mixed-use living in downtown Raleigh. They envisioned a rooftop where residents could sip coffee, log into Zoom meetings, or toast sunset views with the skyline in the background.

They needed a statement-grade architectural trellis that could:
